If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days of the first written notice, either party may then pursue resolution through binding arbitration or other legal remedies as permitted by these Terms.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Mei Langi Volleyball Club LLC related to these Terms or your use of the Website.
